My time at this company was marked by a series of disappointments. The organization consistently made false promises and demonstrated a clear lack of direction. This tone-deaf approach underscores the leadership's disconnect from the realities faced by employees. The company culture has been in a steady decline for several years. Leadership appears disassociated from fostering a supportive and ethical workplace. Additionally, their business practices raise concerns, as they don’t seem to prioritize the best interests of customers. Instead, the focus is disproportionately placed on arbitrary and ever-changing metrics, which lack any tangible proof of concept. The frequent and erratic shifts in strategy leave employees struggling to keep up, with no clear vision or rationale to guide the way. Based on my experience, I would caution prospective candidates to carefully consider whether joining this organization aligns with their career goals and values.
