Sales pressure to hit certain goals. But that’s everywhere you go. Managers are realistic about expectations as long as you try they appreciate that.

Business hours and get to meet some great clients

Lack of recognition for hard workers. No pay increase. Some employees are getting paid 30+ an hour at most stores and complain about a couple of cents from pay increase where people like myself is getting paid $10 less with no pay increase. Full time employees will do the most work more than anyone else, including management. Management also receives the most recognition over the employees that do the most work. This company has been bought out by Macy’s so I don’t think they care to hear what employees have to say.
