Vantaggi

Hybrid schedule Snacks provided Food provided on major holidays Gaming industry (Depending on the engagement) Diverse Workforce Great benefits (if you aren't adding dependents) KPI's are reasonable Room for growth

Svantaggi

Raises stop after the first year/No cost of living increases Working every holiday Cars aren't safe in the parking garage Directors fight to prove their worth CEO isn't engaged with their most profitable engagement outside of emails and occasional walk throughs. There is a level of management above directors but below the CEO and none of us know what this person does or how they contribute. Poor client management has lead to a lack of trust The company is more focused on reinventing itself then maintaining the engagements that have been successful. Someone is going to get salmonella from these potlucks.

Vantaggi

* Good entry-level opportunity with competitive starting pay. * Clear and achievable KPIs, making performance expectations easy to understand. * Hybrid work schedule offers flexibility and better work–life balance. * Benefits begin shortly after the hiring date, which is a plus for new employees. * Holidays deferrals * Free snacks and coffee are provided, which is a nice day-to-day perk

Svantaggi

* Only major holidays are formally recognized, with limited acknowledgment of others. * Work is frequently required during holidays and weekends. * Compensation growth is capped after a few years, with no meaningful adjustment for rising living costs. * Limited flexibility in supporting employees with childcare or daycare challenges. * Strict policy when it comes to working from home. * Going above and beyond is not consistently recognized. Promotions appear to favor strong self-promotion over demonstrated performance and measurable results. * Employees who reliably exceed expectations are often overlooked, while less effective individuals may advance despite ongoing performance issues. * Advancement is heavily influenced by internal connections rather than merit. Senior management has explicitly indicated that knowing the right people is necessary for promotion, which undermines trust in the performance-based review process. * Annual performance reviews do not meaningfully impact career progression. Even when reviews document accomplishments and consistently rate employees as “exceeding expectations,” this feedback is not reflected in future promotion decisions. * This disconnect between performance, recognition, and advancement has a negative impact on morale, motivation, and long-term retention across teams.
