Poor training program, in fact no training program. No health and safety training either, no idea where the fire safety meet point was or first aid kit. You feel more like a baby sitter as the manager and franchise owner would always bring their kids into the showroom and they would sit on all the furniture watching TV whilst customers were coming in and out. Not professional at all. Managers need serious management training. No support when something went wrong, or even if a customer rang to speak to a manager they wouldn’t want to talk and would get annoyed if you would pass the phone over. They didn’t know what they were doing half the time. Lost wardrobe orders because they didn’t have a clue on how to order and process them. You couldn’t trust some of the employees because they would go back and tell the managers everything you said. No progression opportunities.
