Always working weekends - really bad work-life balance. Having to constantly chase people for a sale even when they say no. No career progression in the showrooms. You have to literally fight your lovely colleagues for leads. Emails and passive aggressive messages from manager on your days off. If you want a sales assistant then don't advertise for a qualified design role - this is what they actually want.
