      The people who work there are genuine. No backstabbing. Bodek is truly a family owned business with a family feel.

      Svantaggi

      The culture is definitely changing. A recent merger with Alphabroder is taking away the family and replacing it with a cold hearted brutality. Pay is on the low compared to comparable jobs in other companies.

      Good work environment. Good people. Fun. Fast and energetic. They had various locations and all of them had great staff.

      Not much to say except it's a shame this good thing came to an end. Salary ok. No real advancement but you really didn't want to leave your group any way
