Friendly team environment
Clothing allowance if you are permanent - it feels like a present every time you place and order if it's within your annual allowance
Not too big - you get to know lots of people - love the monthly Tea Roulette where you are paired with someone from the business to meet up for a chat
Seeing people get promoted - opportunities for learning and development
Great systems - love S5 Merchandise Planning systems - its visual and used AI.
Free parking if you drive into Boden House
Svantaggi
Expected to be in the office at least 3 days - however it could be more or less depending on which area of the business you work in.
Boden House is in North Acton (Central Line), so not easy to commute here for everyone.

Hi! Thank you for all your lovely feedback on your pro's to working at Boden. We love that you enjoy so many things about being part of the team! The clothing allowance and Tea Roulette are definitely fun ones we enjoy the most too. Some of our teams are required to be more hands on and present in our offices. We hope that people feel this gives us a more creative and collaborative environment to all be part of.
Poor management and hr. Clear favoritism of employees. They give people advancements before they post the job position, so the job is filled but they let people interview any way, even though they know who they're hiring. The UK controls everything and doesn't include the US office on many events. Poor management. Lack of direction. High turnover. Miserable work environment with gossip and employees who are so underwhelmed with the way the company is run. Absolutely no opportunities for long term advancement. Not a place you'd want to retire from

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Internal career progression and development has been one of our big priorities this year. You can always view our open roles in the US on ADP. We would encourage you discuss any opportunities you are interested in, along with your career development goals, with your manager or the People Team - whichever side of the pond you are on!
