Leadership and communication were the biggest challenges during my time here. Management often felt disorganised and difficult to approach, and there was very little constructive feedback or support once the initial training period finished. While the onboarding training is quite intensive, there is very little ongoing training or professional development afterwards, which makes it difficult to build skills or feel like you’re progressing. The workplace culture can feel stressful and at times quite toxic, with poor communication and unclear expectations from leadership. There were also occasional payroll discrepancies which added to the overall frustration. The company advertises staff perks such as discounted treatments, but in reality staff are usually too busy or understaffed to actually access them. Overall it didn’t feel like a workplace that invests in its staff or prioritises a positive team culture.
