7yIt was sad that this posting occurred on the following day of a review session that was held with an employee regarding their performance. It was the 3rd quarterly discussion on this topic with this team member in which we were attempting to help them meet our goals of Fit and Performance. A few weeks later we went separate ways.
As for pay bands - this is a common approach that allows us to show our team the commitment we have to making sure we are at market for every position in our company. We take compensation seriously as a key driver of employee satisfaction -- and we share with everyone how we get to their pay.
I wish this person the best in their pursuits. And I agree with many of the other reviews for our company which are "Ignore the comments in the bad reviews. You’re doing a great job and 95% of the employees are happy."
