Not a good place if you want to sit on the sidelines. Much more fun for people that want to be in the action. Have to make your own difference.

Nice coworkers, some really cool clients, and a covered snack every shift.

Hard to feel like you’re treated fairly or seen as more than a number if experiencing any long-term crisis. Hard to get time off. Inconsistent management. Training is all over the place and you’re expected to figure it out once you’re on the job. Entitled customers most of the time. Vans breaking down frequently. Last minute changes to procedures or expectations when working. Your voice doesn’t really matter if you aren’t buddy buddy with people. List goes on.
