High stress, low career fulfillment. Management does a poor job at communicating goals and changes directions constantly. Good performance is not rewarded and small issues are the focus instead of the big picture. A lot of big promises and wasted effort when the ship changes direction, it’s extremely hard to be successful when they keep changing the desired goal. Too many managers and not enough do-era.
