They fire you for being ill. They treat you as expendable. Much rather see you die before paying a livable wage. Company owner likes AI too much. Lack of PPE equipment such as dust masks, so enjoy pneumonia.

No pros at all here

Poor Management. Take holiday pay off you as they claim they’ve given you too many holidays. Treat staff like school children and all communication is via email never in person. Advertising jobs at 44 hour contracts when it’s zero hours. Basically don’t work for this company. Wasn’t there long but staff numbers dropped massively in a matter of weeks. From 40 odd to 20 odd in my department.
