The best reasons by far to work for Boeing are the benefits package, the pride that most have, and the tremendous amount of networking that can be done. This company is a very large company but in many ways you still feel like an individual and not just a number. The company rewards hard workers and you get out what you put in.

A downside to Boeing is that there are experienced people who are not open to change. Some intimidation by experienced workers which was probably past down from their generation of work. This company has a lot that it can accomplish and a lot it needs to accomplish, there are a lot of old fashioned techniques that are still used today.
