      Boels investeert écht in haar mensen, zowel qua opleiding als persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om je eigen aanpak te bepalen binnen recruitment. De samenwerking tussen HR en andere afdelingen is goed – korte lijnen en open communicatie. Informele werksfeer waarin collega's bereid zijn elkaar te helpen. Duidelijke visie vanuit het management over de groei van het bedrijf én van de medewerkers.

      De werkdruk kan in piekperiodes behoorlijk oplopen.

      Beste collega, Bedankt voor je mooie review. Wat goed om te lezen dat je je op je plek voelt binnen Boels en dat je de ruimte ervaart om jezelf te ontwikkelen en initiatief te nemen. Dat je ons als een internationale organisatie ervaart, maar met de sfeer van een familiebedrijf, is precies wat we proberen te behouden, ook nu we blijven groeien. Je advies over begeleiding in een snelgroeiende omgeving is waardevol. We blijven daarin stappen zetten, zodat collega’s niet alleen kansen krijgen, maar zich ook goed ondersteund voelen in hun werk.       All'esterno sembrava che si prendessero cura di noi con regali personali (compleanno, Natale, Pasqua) personale amichevole

      Nessuna comunicazione riguardo alle direttive da parte della sede centrale. Molte lamentele interne. Quando abbiamo parlato con l'ufficio di supporto, sembrava che ci fosse molta insoddisfazione per l'interferenza di Holland.
