Boelte-Hall supports your desire to learn and dial in your sales skills. You get lots of experience with all levels of the process from generating leads, makes calls, networking, closing deals, and taking care of customers needs. You are not micro-managed.

You have to do your own prospecting and work at discovering new business. If you're not self-motivated or looking for a list of "warm-leads" to be provided regularly this may not be a good fit for you. It's your responsibility to define your verticals.

If you work hard you can work there forever. Lots of people who have worked there for decades. Small enough to get to know everyone. A bunch of sweet-tooths & foodies.

Not big enough for much advancement. Grow in their offerings to customers but not a lot of growth for employees.
