Even though we're a large company, there's still a strong sense of individuality. The leadership feels approachable, supportive, and genuinely understanding. The offices have been beautifully renovated, and the Operations team consistently goes above and beyond to help with absolutely anything.

There isn't much to complain about, but I think it would be worthwhile to review the salaries of long-term employees against those of new hires and current market rates. This is a common issue in many companies, but I believe more recognition should be given to employees who have been loyal to the company for many years.
