Working at a company is a lot like playing on a sports team. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but it's the people on your team that make it rewarding. Bold has some of the absolute best people I have ever met in my life. I feel challenged in my role, I am supported and I love the people I work with. Has Bold had challenges in the few years? Sure. Has every tech company had challenges in the past few years? Absolutely. At the end of the day, every company has challenges and I'm thankful that Bold genuinely cares about people, makes responsible decisions, and tries it's best to do right by everyone possible. I'll be at Bold as long as they'll have me! Super thankful that a company like this exists in Winnipeg!

I would say the only con is that Bold used to have the absolute best culture in the world when we were all in office. Since the pandemic, like so many other companies, Bold has gone fully remote. There are for sure benefits to working from home, but I also really miss grabbing a beer from the keg and talking about a challenging problem over a game of foosball at the office.
