Good communication and feedback. Strong constructive criticism, leading to stronger work and more efficient performance. I would happily work for them for another semester if I could.

Not the most immersive experience. I mostly did script coverage, but was hoping to maybe sit in on phone calls or meetings with potential clients (writers, producers, directors, etc. )

Great co-workers, laid back environment, decent day to day perks, flexible schedule, good industry connections, quality film/tv projects

Low pay, poor benefits, bad management, lack of HR department, poor growth opportunities
