It is a fast-paced company, and work with some of the best beauty brands in the business. There can be a learning curve, but the majority of BOLDers never leave because they feel supported and respected. Most team members, who decide PR is their career path, stay at BOLD and grow to become leaders. I've been at the agency 10+ years, grown from manager to SVP, and the majority of BOLD's leadership started as assistants at the agency. Your growth is never stunted at BOLD if you are capable and committed.
