1) You can learn a lot if you can handle tremendous pressure without any support. 2) Opportunity to handle suppliers, internal stake holders and various domestic and overseas clients. 3) You can understand work cycle of almost all divisions while working with Boldrocchi since you have to involve yourself in each division to get your work done on time. 3) Sometimes you have to travel to different cities within India corresponding to customer visits, kick offs and meetings that is a learning experience. 4) Provide all the work to GETs (it has its own pros and cons obviously).

1) You can learn only if you are hard as a shell since you will be humiliated every time and that too by your seniors who assume that they are best in their work. CEO who is a talented employee but a worst manager who doesn't know how to handle his team. He doesn't pay any heed/ attention to his employees but will not spare you for humiliation/ disrespect. He shouts employees name from his own seat calling them and shouting at them. These people do not understand the philosophy that appreciation should be done in front of everyone and scolding should be in person. Even the MD does not spare you. He literally tells you that you deserve to sit here for next 10 years without a hike. Shocking right. Just imagine what i was going through. I had suicidal thoughts for some time since pressure was too extreme with no support from team. CEO used to send 1 liner emails of humiliation keeping all stake holders in loop ensuring that you get a complete taste of disrespect. I was offered a 5% hike and next day the CEO sent an email to me that i am getting a lot of salary for the output i was giving. I was working day in and day out to hear such a crap. If i was such a bad professional then why not fired me instead. I didn't deserve to hear such a crap from a person who worked just for 1 company and reached to CEO level just because he had blood relation with MD. Words will always fall short if i elaborate this complete experience. In the pros section i had mentioned that they provide all responsibilities to GETs which is good only if an employee can survive extreme conditions otherwise this will cause trauma since your heads will be telling you for each and every task that this is so logical why you don't understand this. Nobody ever explained what is ABG/ PBG which are part of bank guarantees- a topic that must be explained very well and then you can expect juniors to take action but in this company they will scold you excessively for not knowing and taking advance actions- Truly surprising isn't it. Prior to appraisals they started treating you as if you are not doing anything correctly and company is in fact favouring you to pay you at least. There was no good hike during my tenure with this company. No verbal appraisals/ motivation as well. Pathetic company. How these people face themselves in mirror after treating their juniors so harshly. Also they are eager to sign a bond too that too for 3 to 4 years straight forward. I am really fortunate to escape this vicious circle called Boldrocchi india operating from Gurgaon and Chennai. Try at your own risk.....(not advisable)
