Senior executive leadership has proven to be weak, misguided and entirely out of touch with its most important resource - its employees. The executive leadership group operates as a good old boys club recognizing/rewarding non-performers thus alienating the solid performers. They routinely don't hold poor performers accountable which has led to several good employees (at several levels) leaving the company. Trust and confidence in this leadership group has extremely diminished. No longer comes close to our company mission statement.
