Bolt Security review: I have found it to be a fun competitive environment. the pay is competitive with the alarm industry and they are growing fast.

the only thing I would say bad is that they are a newer company and still figuring out some of their processes. but they are always asking for employee feedback and it seems like they really listen to our suggestions.

fun atmosphere, great product and service, friendly competition, management lets you think for yourself, not micro-managed, they use up to date technology in all areas, honest management, transparent about policies and pay structure, low turn-over

sometimes the hours are long, but it;s not required. overall I like working here and hope to be here for a long time.
