Senior leadership has failed to stabilize or promote a positive culture. Cronyism is rampant, leaders are toxic with impunity, retaliation is clearly visible . The organization is 10+ years behind market in innovation without the right expertise in place to resolve that. Change management is non-existent. Front line workers are given flawed tools and are under-resourced. All of this existed pre-pandemic.
