Declined benefits, poor pay and over patient ratio - Recensione dipendente - RN presso Bon Secours

Mix between nice and rude co-workers, 6:1 patient load (some of those days no CNA), they do NOT work with your schedule and even give you false days (change around as they wish and need), had someone change my clocked hours unknowingly, poor management support, lack of feeling appreciated, lack of resources and location is dangerous. Charge nurses have full patient loads.
