- Room for growth is a major one, I feel like I learn something new every week and I don't get stuck in a rut
- It's busy and fast paced during busy season, you get to cross train in "slow" season
- Management is always available if you need anything and they take care of issues quickly, I work at a facility that is not the main branch and never feel like my voice isn't heard
- Pay is fair for the size of the company and difficulty of work
- I can bring my dog to work with me!
I have worked for Bond twice (only left the first time because I moved) and I can say without a doubt that this is a great place to work, they don't try to keep you in the same position forever (unless you enjoy it, of course!) and they create opportunities to help you move up.
