Great exposure to a diverse technical landscape and more than enough opportunities within support roles to get your hands dirty. I'd done a lot of remote support jobs in my career prior to working here but learned the most while being here. Management are heuristic in their approach to the teams and continually looking at ways to improve where possible, and support team members when needed. Everyone genuinely gets along and even when we're under high customer demand the atmosphere is good. Flexible working as and when needed. Regular bake-offs!

Really a night and day difference from my previous employer. The big takeaway would be that staff are respected and valued here. Management are an enlightened bunch and know to lead through love rather than fear. This helps foster a togetherness and a really pleasant working environment. Co workers feel like life long friends, they will do their best for you and in turn you do your best for them. The work is engaging, the entry roles allow a lot of opportunity to grow your technical knowledge. You will be exposed to many technologies. Top class training - online training membership is provided and you are encouraged to learn. Microsoft/Cisco certification is available. Bonus is available depending on targets being met. Arcade machine, free fruit, tea and coffee.
