Terrible upper management, from WHS issues, to being bullied and having to fight for bereavement leave when a loved one passed. The progression is severely lacking unless you’re one of the area managers favourites. It’s definitely not what you know, it’s who you know. Constant promise of promotion, only to be “taken away” when you don’t agree with something minor. They don’t pay you for out of work hours “mandatory” meetings and will threaten to fire you if you don’t attend. They lack serious support for people with Mental Health. Save your time and your sanity.
