We appreciate hearing about your personal experience and thoughts on the company as a whole.
We are committed to creating a comfortable and collaborative environment for all our staffs so we’re sorry to hear about your bad experiences. Thank you for raising your concern about communication issue within the company. We are trying our best to work on better communication flow between all employees to avoid any communication breakdown. For instance, the company organized a townhall back in July this year, to focus more on open communication. In the event, the management shared about the company's past year achievement and directions moving forward. There was also Q&A session with the management. Employees are valuable assets to the company, and we take their efforts and contributions towards the company seriously. The team has recently reviewed and revamped the whole performance assessment process for all employees, and has included KPIs into the framework. This enable us to better assess and also to to appreciate and give credit to performing employees.
We encourage all employees to reach out to HR if they do have any concerns. HR has been taking proactive measures by having coaching session and counselling session to address employee grievances to improve the working experience for all employees.
