Horrible communications and no transparency or honesty from the top. It’s obvious that many people are burned out and under great pressure, even being gaslit and start questioning their own expertise. But management is taking advantage of these young ambitious talents. I’ve never seen a higher churn rate anywhere else. Outrageous rumors and just flat out lies are spread about colleagues who left the company. HR would flip their words and documents and turn against employees. In short, the company will do everything to screw you over the second you stop devoting your life to them. Glad to be out.

The operational processes are well established and, in the majority of cases, automated. But at the same time, it isn't a corporation where any deviation from the norm is not allowed. The operation and HR teams are always happy to listen and will try to accommodate your request. The main issue is the development process. The product is uniquely positioned to utilize SCHUFA data.
