Not traditional retail and is a fun place to work. If you start as part-time growth is possible. A lot of great personalities work here. It’s a smaller company and getting noticed is easier.

The company is currently closing stores so growth/job security isn’t likely. Pay is not competitive. At one point Bonobos was leading in compensation but that isn’t the case anymore. The only way you make a living is if you’re a manager and you’ll still be living paycheck to paycheck. They will put focus on the bonus structure but that is really hard to achieve during a global pandemic and customers have other priorities. Company preaches that employees need to take care of themselves. Encourage taking mental health days and if you’re sick don’t come in, however that applies to everyone but managers. During the pandemic sales and foot traffic have expectedly dropped and their idea to solve that is having stores put on events every month.
