Benefits and Pay are competitive and reasonable for responsibilities asked of position. Decent hours and flexible time off (dependent on location/GM) Locations are very different. Good Bonus structure (though this might be taken away soon- and hard to achieve every month)

-Poor management at district level and above. Don't know enough about management beyond that due to lack of communication from upper company -Targets/expectations of sales leaders unsustainable especially when you need to start going against your own numbers. -Even as a top seller for the company- there is no recognition. -Zero respect for their people and no people development. "everyone is replaceable" mindset -Unprofessional behaviors -Favoritism is high within the company- which leads to uneven expectations from stores and various treatment to different stores. -Many issues and product inconsistencies- which makes job at store level more and more difficult. -Don't provide stores with proper tools/equipment to provide service they expect of us. (not accurate size run, missing samples never replaced, still use google forms for 90% of our daily procedures) -Inconsistencies of product and fits. Product is pushed out too quickly and there is a loss for quality.
