My Personal Experience at BooBoo Games No proper hiring process — only one assignment, followed by a one-month trial after joining. Poor management structure and frequent micro-management. No hikes, no leaves, and salary cuts tied to “performance” tags. Promises made during hiring were not kept. Salary deductions even for a half-day leave, regardless of working long hours. Salaries were often delayed. As an intern, my salary was ₹15,000 on paper but ₹14,600 in hand. After becoming full-time, I was offered ₹25,000 but received ₹20,000, with “performance” used as the reason. Despite this, I still received “Employee of the Month” in my second month. I relocated from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad based on promises that were not fulfilled. The CEO often pressured employees and created fear around job security. Company claims and expectations did not match actual practices. Not a single game had crossed 500k+ downloads during my time there. CEO Aaysuh is into gaming industry for 8+ years nothing achieved even after next 10 years he wont achieve nothing mark my words Good only if you want experience — negotiate everything clearly before joining, as nothing changes after.
