Overworked as a back of house member you get no support from head office and your getting paid the same as foh staff when you are doing 2 times the work ALONE, while foh have multiple people. They will dangle a promotion in front of you make you do the work and then still not pay you for the extra work you have done because someone forgot to sign you off.
