U work with international clients. Nice collegs.

Very rigid procedures. U cannot hepl people in most cases even if u want to. Your mood is going down and fast after the firsr 3/4 unhappy clients. And manangement (brain washed} only look on graphics...

Because I am still early in my journey, some longer-term aspects of the role — such as workload sustainability, career progression, and regional adaptability — are still unfolding. It’s a role that requires resilience, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity, which may not suit everyone.
