Hi and thanks for your review, we really appreciate it. Naturally I agree with all your pros :-). The people and the team spirit are a key part of our Values and I agree about the opportunities for career progression. Just a quick look at our career site on www.careers.rentalcars.com shows the scope of opportunities out there. I appreciate your comments about communication but as you say, I think it is getting better and is a key focus for us.
