9yThank you for your post. As you are aware, the alleged incidents that you describe allegedly happened more than 3 years ago. There were no grievances raised at the time and following these alleged incidents, sometime later, you reapplied for a job with Rentalcars.com. Contrary to what you say in your post you and your legal representative did receive a full reply to your concerns from us before Christmas and our position has not changed. As this is currently subject to a legal process I can not comment anymore on your specific circumstances, however, I can say the following. I agree with you, Bullying in the Workplace is never ok and we do not tolerate any incidents of bullying that come to our attention. As well as the normal support provided by the People Team and relevant processes and procedures such as the grievance procedure, we also have the Priceline Group colleague hotline for colleagues who wish to raise any concerns of any nature at Group level and a fully funded Employee Assistance Programme for colleagues to receive support on a wide range of professional and personal matters.
