You feel that the company is financially stable and growing which you can see in the office environment, the choice of products (fruits, juices etc.), locations to celebrate successes with each other etc.

You can work as much as you can, you will need to find a way which is healthy for you and where you are comfortable with, especially in the HR department- but you probably wont find management support to balance this out. The development paths for certain positions in HR Departments are not yet transparent or clear which can take to a lack of motivation since there is no goal to work towards to.
