In addition, it’s our belief that promotions should be based on merit and after thoughtful evaluation. We want to create a supportive environment where every employee is treated fairly and has the opportunity to progress. We’ve already started this process with hiring a new Learning and Development Director, who will make performance management a key focus this year.
