It is a fast paced enviroment at times but sometimes changes occur and and there is a feeling that there may have been breakdown in communication as it can feel like people don't know what they are doing or what is fully expected of them. The first 2 weeks of training in the classroom is very good and you learn a lot quickly, then you are just thrown into the phones, email, livechat and it can be overwhelming. There needs to be something between classroom and on the job training because although staff are available for support you loose confidence that has been built up in the class room and can feel out of your depth. Sometimes it can feel that some management are quite 'clicky' which makes it difficult if you feel you are not getting enough support and need more help.
