Hiya thanks for your feedback although I'm clearly disappointed by what you have to say. I can respond by pointing out that more than 250 people were promoted internally in 2017 and that we know our wages are competitive for similar work but we do always keep things like this under review (infact we had a meeting re this topic in Sunlighthouse just last week) However, what makes me really sad is that you seem unhappy and frustrated but have been with us for more than 3 years. That must be really tough and is not how we want anyone to feel. I appreciate that you may not want to do this but could I would really recommend that you speak to a member of the People Team or contact me directly.
