Company KPIs are too ambitious for individuals, you cannot expect employees to achieve good results and be happy if you push them to limits that only machines would be able to follow.

Hi and thanks for your feedback, although I am clearly disappointed by what you have to say. We are an ambitious company and one that has grown at a remarkable pace which is why we have recruited so many new colleagues over the years. Sales is very important as you say, we have always been a commercial, results driven organisation which has been a huge part of our success. The bit I don’t agree with is that we don’t care about our colleagues. We are driven to become an even better place to work and listen all the time to our colleagues to ensure we get this balance right. That’s why we have just completed our annual Your View engagement survey and why I spend so much time monitoring places like this to hear feedback from colleagues.
