Very bad HR dep. where work people who have no idea about German labor law. Unrealistic and permanently changing targets. No transparency at all. Unhealty, cheap food in the cantine. Minimum wage with minumum bonus salary. No chance for grow. Respect to the employees only in theory, in fact an employee is just a number in the system.
