Colleagues are great/ time-spirit is awesome/ international environment/ exchange on a global scale/ AM work is interesting and challenging

Svantaggi

Start-up salary/ evaluation system of employees is questionable/ even AM's sometimes fell like doing Call Center duties/ consistent telephone availability and less time within working hours to focus on personal development/

Thanks for your comments. Personal development is important to us, but can be at odds with business demands.
