If you work here in this role, you are pretty much stuck in this position for life if you're in IT. -Work-life/Balance can be an issue (Expect to occasionally work after-hours or engage in late meetings). -Layoffs/Right-sizing is a little bit too frequent considering that our profitability increases every year.
