For individuals who are goal-oriented and motivated by progress this environment can be demoralizing. Rather than continue in a structure with limited development opportunities and unclear leadership many ultimately choose to leave. With better support and empowerment for local teams there’s real potential to create a more inspiring and high-performing work culture.
