If you can manage to be assigned to a good Manager, you’re supported and advocated for. Ive worked in both onboarding and as an ongoing client advisor Absolutely NO pros as a client advisor. If you’re competent, honest, and willing to take constructive criticism with corrective action, he not only supported you, but challenged you in a way that made you feel proud of yourself and your growth. You knew what was expected of you, how to complete your tasks and the VP never hesitates to assist you with strategy and priorities needed to actually be successful in your position, if you’re lucky enough to report to him.
