A place that means a lot because of growth opportunities. I started quite fresh but was quickly moved up because of my competency. It's very rewarding being given responsibility quickly because I learnt a lot. I was managing 4 people as I was leaving. I left because I wanted to move to another industry due to my training. Otherwise, I would have stayed as the culture is amazing. Young team, vibrant and one that pulls each updwards. Loved my time here.

Hectic but there's light at the end. You will become an amazing thinker.

Love the culture. Lots of young people, so similar wavelength. I got lots of exposure to high level client meetings, very early on in my role which I was very grateful. Some amazing exposure to negotiation, pitching and overall client management. And lots of good food working in cutting edge F&B.

Everyone works a lot. So my hours were long and client meetings were always long. Better co-ordination amongst department would have helped.
