      Boomering is a hidden gem. A lot of candidates are looking for a WFH and expecting no benefits in addition. When we are doing an interview, a lot of good candidates from a big companies are surprised to what we offer. HMO is no. 1, since this is on the day 1, did not expect to receive it as based on their experiences, they are only getting it after 6 month, or worst, never. Leave credits is also on the list, a lot of companies only have less than 10, but here, we have 20 (SL and VL).

      - Compensation is inconsistent and not clearly honored - Poor communication from account managers and support staff - Slow or nonexistent responses to basic questions - Everything requires a ticket, even minor issues, which wastes time - HR provides little to no real support and prioritizes clients over contractors

      - Offers are often lower than expected - Unresponsive to queries and concerns, from onboarding through offboarding - Prioritizes pleasing clients over employee needs - IT support is slow and unhelpful - Final pay is shockingly low Overall, support and internal processes are lacking and poorly handled.
