      Over the past year the culture at Boomi has taken a complete nosedive. Budget cuts, hiring freeze, massive layoffs, expecting employees to pick up the slack and do the work of 2 or 3 full time employees by being told to "do more with less." HR is completely non-responsive to issues with sexual or professional misconduct. Layoffs caused by mis-spending by the c-suite who then took no verbal or actual accountability for their actions and instead laid off good, longstanding employees to balance the checkbooks.

We are not aware of any complaint to HR, the alertline, or Legal about sexual or other misconduct that was not investigated for proper resolution. We encourage you to call our company alertline at 800-513-7270, which is managed by an independent third party, or visit ethics.boomi.com, where team members – past and present – have the option to submit complaints (which can be made anonymously) and to share any level of detail they choose. Additionally, Boomi team members can reach out internally to our legal and HR departments to discuss your concerns. Our company has a strict zero-tolerance policy when it comes to both misconduct and retaliation. We hope to hear directly from you soon.

      The primary solution is strong with a loyal client base. Comp packages are generous and achievable in the right territory.

      Sales leadership is really weak. Many larger deals are compliance related and the net new Enterprise clients are few. So growth is not what they claim it to be. Boomi has made a big investment in AI and within the platform there is a strong solution to aid in development, but enterprise wide adoption of AI is going to the big players like Microsoft, Google, AWS. There are very few promotions from within, the tendency is to hire people from outside versus developing .
