Constant pay decrease and de-accelerated comp plans - Recensione dipendente - Account Executive presso Boomi

Since I joined 2 years ago the comp plan has been going down (with DEaccelerated commissions) and the quota has been going up to unachievable numbers. Upper management only cares about numbers. Everyone is extremely demotivated now. Boomi has caused a downhill in most people’s mental health, specially in sales and solutions consulting. Even reversing our pay in our future cheques.
